Good food a little pricy but you get what you pay for
Great prices on a great burger. Service was friendly and quick. We stopped in while riding around in the mountains. Glad we did. The menu is short, but the burger was great. We’d stop in again.
Breakfast was AMAZING !!! Great prices and friendly staff
Very good food.and friendly staff
Great place for home cooked style meals
Food prices are too high and the amounts of the food should be more than they put in a plate as a to go order
The philly here was better than Lynn's place. Deep fried oreos were really good and so was the service.
The pork chops were absolutely delicious, and the lady who served me is also the person that made the desserts. Next time I ride the dragon I'm going to make it a point to come back. This place is fantastic country cooking
Great food, great prices, friiedly staff
Great price great food
Great food
Good food and customer service!
Service very slow. Food ok. Very nice and friendly wait staff. Sandwich good but breaded okra tasted more like oil.
Worst place I ever ate from. Everything is just Great Value type quality stuff. I ordered pizza bites, thought I was going in for a treat. Nope just pizza rolls great value ugh I will never return again
Great food for a great price.
We thought we would try something new for breakfast. Somewhat disappointing. We thought we would walk into a place and have the smell of fresh country breakfast and coffee hit us. Instead, we didn't detect even a slight hint of breakfast cooking and coffee being served. I suppose that's because we were the only people in the place at 8:20 in the morning. The service was very good, thus the reason for nothing less the three stars I gave. We all had omlets which were very good. However, my toast came out and was totally cold. The grits tasted like instant grits, which is fine if your at home (and by the way they give you like three tbs only of them). I also ordered hash browns which was a mistake. It was like someone went to the McDonald's and bought theirs, then ran over and broke them up and deep fried them. Very dry, not burnt but dry. In a town like Robbinsville, you've got to serve great food, reasonably priced and good service. I hate to say we won't go back there for breakfast.
It was great
I have been here several times. The food is good but with a little more effort it could be an awesome place to eat. The last time I was there I ordered scrambled eggs and what I got was an egg patty just add cheese and it would have been an omelet. Sort of like what you get at a fast food place. They have good gravy and the tenderloin was awesome. The young lady that waited on us was very nice and made sure we had what we needed. It's not super expensive. Always looks clean. I will go back.
Excellent food and service
I didn't like it & neither did the other 4 people in our party. You can tell most of the food served is canned or frozen. And it's cheap canned or frozen. I couldn't finish my food. The waitress never asked how it was. The 2 desserts ordered were ok.
Drove 30 mins from Bryson to go here expecting country cooking hence the name. Got here and we were the only customers there. The menu didn't have much country food items so that was disappointing. The food was pretty bland and not very tasty. The service was excellent though and the tea was great.
The order was apparently misplaced, then after an hour and a couple of plates brought out that were not what was ordered, we got our order which was cold. I could not recommend this restaurant.
Worst food I've ever had. Biscuits and gravy, gravy was liquid cardboard. Eggs were burnt and chicken tenderloin tasted as if it hasn't seen water in 10 years. Had to pour hot sauce all over it to make the taste somewhat edible. Staff was very nice, which was cool.
We are local and had noticed they had lasagna has a special one day. We thought "awesome homemade lasagna without all the cleanup". Nope! More like CHEAP frozen lasagna. Hardly any meat or cheese but plenty of fake Italian sausage flavor. Would have been better off to bought stouffers at least it wouldn't have cost $20. So gross🤮
Very good food, excellent service
Very disappointed with this restaurant. Went with a friend. We got a table and our drinks quickly. The girl serving us was okay. The rest was horrible. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food and they weren't busy at all. Would hate to see how long it would have taken if they had a full house. My friend got her food first (they couldn't even get the meals out together). She had the country fried steak...it was hot and okay. She wasn't thrilled with it and had better. I had the philly cheese steak....it was horrible. Very small sandwich, overcooked steak, too much cheese for the amount of meat, 3 small pieces of onion, lettuce, tomato and enough mayonnaise to make macaroni salad with. I asked for peppers and got 4 tiny pieces. If you have ever had a philly cheese steak and know how they are supposed to be made...you, too, will be very disapointed. I would not recommend this place at all. Waste of time and money...go elsewhere.
Great food. Good clean family oriented place to eat. Good service and friendly people.
Good food
Basic. Everything seemed freezer to fryer. Very basic.
Awesome little place. Food was great and service was really good
Very good old time food. Old timey but friendly fokes and good food
Good food and good prices. Friendly people
Good food but needs a good scrubbing especially in the restroom.
Always a wonderful breakfast, eggs cooked to order Tommys brown gravy, bacon ,sausage, grits, oatmeal, and piping hot coffee. Not to mention talk of current events from fishing to religion. I cannot wait till tomorrow. Yum Yum.
Good prices friendly service.
Excellent food, excellent service and reasonable prices. We will definitely come back the next time we are in town!
Good food and Clean resturant.
Excellent food. Very much a local restaurant.
Great service and a down home attitude. Great food
Good, not great
Good food good service
Great service and great food. The waitress was very nice and friendly.
I love their breakfast!
Get good breakfast and lunch
I had slow service and coffee that was undrinkable in my opinion. It must have been a bad day
Cozy small town eatery...good food friendly service....
Food was average. Service was super slow. It felt as though the waitress was also the cook. Steaks are terrible. Skip this place unless you're on the brink of starvation.
Will never visit again
My friend and I walked in here tonight and the blackboard special looked good. 10 oz ribeye with shrimp, baked potato and salad. My friend ordered his rare and got it quickly and it was pretty much what he expected. I ordered mine medium and it came out a couple minutes later... well done and smelling very burnt. I showed it to the waitress who left it there and went to have the cook redo it... I would have expected the unacceptable piece of meat to be taken back ... then she brought the second steak, which was bone dry and again cooked all the way through... I'm not making this up, see the pic below... so the waitress left, I ate about half of the second steak, and then went to check out... I really would have expected some accommodation on the price of the one meal that was never cooked correctly, but no... my turn to buy for my buddy, so $49 and change for this junk. If I could give 0 stars I would, because this was just worthless.
Great home cooking!
